Large and very cozy living room. Dining room seats 6. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen including a full wine rack for your pleasures. The bungalow offers (V.I.P.) affiliations with the San Diego Yacht Club for their guests.

Seasonal occupancy is less than and no more than 6 months terms.
$500 rental deposit (non-refundable)
$20 reservation fee
$150 cleaning fee
$2800 / 5 day agreement with boat slip
$2500 / 5 day agreement without boat slip
